Can we meet up before booking?
Of course! We love meeting up with our couples so we can get to know each other and make sure that we’re on the same page. It also helps us tremendously being able to find out what makes you tick, what you value and get a sense of the type of people you are. Building some relationship before the wedding helps us deliver something more authentic to you as a couple. It’s also a great opportunity to guide you through our process and answer any other questions you may have.
What if we need help with our run sheet?
Planning your wedding can feel overwhelming, but we can help navigate the day’s schedule. Our top tip? Give yourself more time than you think you'll need – it's a lifesaver on the big day. We can also suggest great spots for photos, the best time for portraits or sunset photos, and how things usually flow on wedding days, depending on your guest count, location and what’s most important to you.
Do your prices inclUde GST?
Yes! We’re all about being transparent and making things as easy as possible. The prices listed are the prices you pay. No hidden figures will suddenly be added to your final invoice so you know what you’re in for and don’t need to worry about breaking the budget without even knowing!
Can you put a date on holD for us?
Although we’re happy to pencil your date into our calendar, unfortunately, we can’t hold any dates until the non-refundable deposit has been received.
Can we send you a shot list for the day?
We welcome any inspiration or photo ideas you'd like to share with us. However, we kindly suggest keeping an open mind, as our approach goes beyond a strict shot list. With years of expertise in wedding photography and videography, we pride ourselves on capturing the holistic story of your special day. From experience, we’ve learnt exactly what moments to capture, ensuring you'll have a comprehensive and heartfelt collection of memories, without feeling like anything was missed. We don’t love being in front of the camera. What now?
This is a common concern, but rest assured, it's not as intimidating as it sounds. We’ve worked with hundreds of couples who felt the same way and ended up enjoying the moments away from the crowds to capture some beautiful moments. We do have a few tricks up our sleeves that will help you feel relaxed and have a laugh at the same time. We’ll also give you enough guidance so you’re not stressed about how to stand or where to put your hands without making you feel uncomfortable or like you’re posing for a magazine.
Do we need to provide you with dinner?
Yes, please! A well-fed vendor is a happy vendor.
How many people will be shooting on the day?
It varies depending on the package you select. All our photo and video packages have two people present on the day, while our ‘The My One & Only’ package has an additional assistant present from the ceremony until after the speeches. Our photo-only packages include one photographer, however, you can opt to have a second shooter on the day for an additional fee.
What backup plans do you have in case of emergencies?
We have comprehensive backup plans to ensure your special day is captured without a hitch. From spare equipment and shooting to multiple SD cards to industry partnerships, we’re fully prepared for any unexpected situations. You can relax and enjoy your celebration while we seamlessly preserve those priceless moments forever.
Do you travel for weddings?
We most certainly do! Although we’re based in Adelaide, South Australia, we’re available interstate and internationally and we’re always up for meeting you somewhere abroad. After all, getting to capture your love story against an exotic backdrop; that's what wedding photographer dreams are made of!
